<Design Detail>　

ドレープ性に優れ、シワになりにくい生地で織り上げられたロング丈の巻きスカート。

オーバーラップ部分が前ではなく、後ろサイドで巻くユニークなデザイン。

左右に緻密に取られたタックにより、動いた時にとても優雅に流れます。

内部に取り付けられたホックは、バネで2㎝で伸びるデザイン。立ったり座ったりの動作を助ける、女性のデザイナーらしい配慮が。

新垣智子が手がける国内ブランド。生産体制に疑問を持ち、一度ブランドを休止しその間大阪の縫製工場に就職。その工場は後継者不足のため廃業を予定していたが、彼女が工場、職人ごと事業を継承、デザイナーの傍ら縫製工場社長という顔も持つ。

kleidenのコレクションは、カットソー生地以外は全て自社工場にて青酸れている。

ブランド名はドイツ語。和訳は衣服を着せる。ミニマルな中にモードな雰囲気が漂う服には、ドイツへの執心が伺える。

<Design Detail>

This long wrap skirt is made from a fabric with
excellent drapability and wrinkle resistance.

Its unique design wraps not at the front but at the
back side, adding an unexpected twist to the classic
silhouette.

The precisely placed tucks on both sides create a
graceful flow as you move.

Inside, the skirt features a hook with a spring that
stretches up to 2 cm, providing extra comfort during
actions like sitting or standing—a thoughtful touch
from
the female designer.

The skirt also has practical pockets on both sides,
combining style with functionality.

<Brand Description> kleiden

Tomoko Arakaki is the designer behind the domestic brand “kleiden.” After questioning the production
system of her brand, she decided to take a break and
worked at a sewing factory in Osaka. This factory,
which was on the verge of closing due to a lack of
successors, ended up being taken over by Arakaki.
Not only did she inherit the factory, but she also took on the role of president while continuing her career
as a designer.

In her kleiden collections, all items, except for those made from cut-and-sew fabrics, are produced
in-house at her factory.
