2020年春夏から取り扱いを始めた日本ブランド、マヌカンジャポン。デザイナーの坂口さんは、偶然にもリトハピの隣にある杉野服飾大学の先生としても活躍。
パターンの先生だけあって、マヌカンのお洋服はとにかく形が綺麗。一見ミニマルなデザインでも、綿密に計算されたタック使いなどで、着た時に意図したボリューム感やシルエットが出るようにデザインされています。

<Design Detail> 　一見どこにでもあるようなガウントレンチですが、パターンが考え抜かれていて、袖を通した時にカッコ良く収まります。
　撥水加工。ボタンは無くベルトで縛るガウンタイプ。
丸く立体的な袖付けのため、袖口のベルトを縛って短くした時の袖のフォルムが綺麗にきまります。
　着た時にスッと綺麗に立つ襟。胸元には牛革で施された隠しポケット。

<Coordinate tips>　官能的であり知性的な雰囲気漂うコート。
ジーンズなどで着崩すより、スキニーシルエットのパンツなどでキリっとシャープな雰囲気で着こなしたい。
白いフリルブラウスと合わせれば、リュックスな女性らしさを演出できそう。

Mr. Hideaki Sakaguchi has been a head designer of the other brands for more than 2
decades.

Not only he designs Mannequins JAPON, but also he is active as a professional teacher
in Dress Maker Gakuin, which is one of the most established fashion school in Japan.

The overall mood of collection is always minimal, sharp and extremely sophisticated, but
in a fetish and sensual manner.
To put the brand's core value briefly, it would be the precise and dynamic use of tack.
They are designed to achieve the intended volume and silhouette.
The entire collection is designed and made in Japan.

<Design Detail> 　
This is one of the brand's staple design, a gown trench coat which is oversize silhouette yet minimal and refined .
The highest quality of water-proof gabardine fabric that is made in Japan is used in the
outer.

The collar is designed carefully in order to it could stand beautifully.

Both cuffs and waist belt is designed to be long, which is like a playful detail in the sharp
look.

Sleeve is designed with extra volume thus, it could keep the rounded volume when its being rolled up.
