<Design Detail>

きちんとデザインされた、お洒落フーディ。

秋冬はたいていニットを新調する店主ですが、今季は珍しくフーディやプルオーバーを3着もお迎えしました。
そのうちの1枚がこちら。見た目はシンプルなパーカーですが、やっぱり“ちゃんとデザインされた服”はひと味違います。

お気に入りポイントは3つ。

1. フードがきれいに立ち上がる
スポンと被るだけで、フードがすっとコンパクトに立ち上がるシルエット。
その秘密は、少し小さめに設計されたネックライン。被ってしまえば窮屈さはなく、むしろ首まわりがすっきり見えます。

2. 大人もときめくプリント
図鑑の絵をブーケのように配置したオリジナルプリントは、カラフルなのに上品。
手描きのタッチが柔らかく、コンパクトなフードデザインと相まって、甘すぎず知的な印象に。

3. サテンリボンのフード紐
よくある太いロープ紐ではなく、光沢のある華奢なサテンリボンを使用。
このさりげないディテールが、ぐっと洗練された印象に見せてくれます。

サイズ感は、程よくゆとりのあるリラックスシルエット。
身長168cm・7〜9号のモデルが着用すると、袖口や身幅に少しゆとりが出て、抜け感のあるちょうどいいオーバーサイズ感。
身長170cm・中肉中背の男性（店主）が着ても袖丈はぴったりで、身幅にも無理がなく自然なバランスです。

暑かったり寒かったりと気温が安定しない季節にも、綿100%の心地よさと上品なデザインで頼れる存在。

共にイタリアで学んだ根本貴史と伊藤理恵子のご夫妻が創めたブランド。
10周年を機に、ブランド名をVentriloquistからMillanni（ミランニ）に変更。
難しいピースが多いけど、店主的には、立体裁断から創り出されるドレープ使いに魅了されているブランド

<Design Detail>

A hoodie that’s casual, yet beautifully designed.

Usually, I treat myself to a new knit or two each fall and winter.
But this season, I ended up welcoming three hoodies and pullovers into my wardrobe — quite a rare move for me.
And this one quickly became a favorite.
At first glance, it may look like a simple sweatshirt, but when it’s properly designed, you can feel the difference.

Here are my three favorite details:

1. A hood that stands beautifully.
Just slip it on, and the hood naturally holds a compact, structured shape.
The neckline is designed slightly smaller to keep it neat around the neck — never tight, just perfectly flattering.

2. A print that sparks joy for grown-ups.
The original print, inspired by vintage botanical illustrations arranged like a bouquet, is colorful yet refined.
The hand-drawn touch adds warmth, balancing playfulness with elegance.

3. Satin ribbon drawstrings.
Instead of the usual thick rope cords, this hoodie features slender satin ribbons with a soft sheen.
A subtle but beautiful detail that makes all the difference.

Fit & sizing:
The silhouette is relaxed but balanced — roomy without looking oversized.
On a 168cm model (size 7–9 JP), it drapes with a gentle looseness around the sleeves and body, giving just the right amount of ease.
On a 170cm, medium-build man (the shop owner), the sleeves fit just right, and the body has a comfortable, natural shape.

Made from 100% cotton, it’s soft, breathable, and perfect for those unpredictable in-between seasons.

<Brand Description>

Millanni is the brand that a married couple, Mr. Takasshi Nemoto and Mrs. Rieko Ito have
been running.
The husband is in charge of the woven products, and the wife is in charge of Knitted
ones.
They have both had work experience in Italy, such as Max Mara.
Most of their piece is made by draping technique not by pattern paper , which contributes
to the bold and fluid movement.
The brand name has been changed to Millanni from Ventriloquist on their 10year anniversary.
